The Most Enginyers soil engineering department has been asked for their technical opinion on the project and execution of the sewer improvement work on Avinguda Girona in the municipality of Sant Fruitós del Bages, as well as the successive actions that have taken place in the same area, in order to give technical arguments about the possible causes of the rupture of the storm drain of a school in the same municipality and the problems of embankment settlements.
