The non-interference report for the Ronda de Dalt road infrastructure has been prepared in relation to the construction of a residential building with parking facilities. The main Ronda de Dalt tunnel runs very close to one side of the building and, in addition, a slip road passes beneath the plot, with the tunnel crown located very near the building’s basement level.

In addition, a monitoring and contingency plan has been drafted to ensure that, during the execution of the works, the integrity and proper operation of the existing road infrastructure are preserved. The plan establishes control and follow-up systems, as well as preventive measures to address potential incidents.
