Most Enginyers’ Ground Engineering team prepared a technical report on the structural defects identified in the pool basin within the communal area of the new multi-family residential buildings built on Avinguda Salvador Vilaseca in Salou. A 3D numerical model of the construction process and the final condition of the pool was carried out, considering both the design solution defined in the project and the solution ultimately executed on site.
