Most Enginyers’ Ground Engineering team prepared a technical report on the defects identified during the construction of the UP3 multi-family residential building and parking facility in La Clota d’Horta, Barcelona. A numerical model of the construction procedure and the final condition of the works in the communal area was carried out, considering different execution scenarios to assess the influence of backfill on wall settlements.
