The non-interference report for Metro Line L3 railway infrastructure has been prepared due to the construction of two building blocks to be used as student accommodation. The L3 metro infrastructure—specifically Drassanes station—is located very close to the project site. In addition, groundwater level variations are anticipated during construction.

A monitoring and contingency plan has also been drafted to ensure that, during the execution of the works, the integrity and proper operation of the existing railway infrastructure are preserved. The plan establishes monitoring and follow-up systems, as well as preventive measures to address potential incidents.
