Project aimed at re-naturalising and reconnecting the square with the Greenway and its surroundings, increasing green cover and biodiversity (Mediterranean woodland, meadows and shrubs) and installing a pergola with climbing plants to improve shade and thermal comfort.

The design includes seating areas, children’s play spaces, pathways, and zones for social interaction and cultural activities. It incorporates sustainable water management (SuDS, infiltration and water reuse, increased permeable surfaces) and ecological maintenance (reduced biocides, composting). It enhances active mobility and energy efficiency through LED lighting, electric vehicle charging points, and photovoltaic panels.
