Most Enginyers’ Ground Engineering team has prepared the non-interference report for the railway infrastructure of Barcelona Metro Line L9 in connection with the construction of a multi-family residential building, including commercial premises and underground parking between party walls, located at the corner of Carrer Sant Adrià and Carrer Sas in Barcelona. The building façade is located 7.3 m horizontally from the tunnel and 18 m vertically below ground level.


In addition, a monitoring and contingency plan has been developed to ensure the integrity of the existing TMB infrastructure during the execution of the works. The document defines the instrumentation required to control potential movements in the tunnel lining segments, establishes the system for recording and tracking readings, and sets the frequency and content of the monitoring reports, enabling verification of the works and prompt response to any incident.
