The non-interference report for Metro Line L4 has been prepared due to the construction of an office building. The L4 metro infrastructure—specifically Bogatell station—is located very close to the project site.

In addition, a monitoring and contingency plan has been drafted to ensure that, during the execution of the works, the integrity and proper operation of the existing railway infrastructure are preserved. The plan sets out monitoring and follow-up systems, as well as preventive measures to address potential incidents.
