Most Enginyer's Ground Engineering team has prepared the non-interference report confirming no impact on the railway infrastructure of Metro Barcelona Line 2 (L2), in the vicinity of chainage PK 103+325, for the construction of a multi-family residential building with an underground car park on a plot of approximately 40×20 m. The building façade is located only 7.1 m horizontally from the tunnel section and 10.6 m vertically.

In addition, a monitoring and contingency plan was developed to ensure that the existing TMB infrastructure is not affected during the works. The document defines the instrumentation required to detect movements in the tunnel lining segments, establishes the reading control plan, and sets out the preparation, frequency and follow-up of the monitoring reports.
